Production
Made from ancient grenache vines, this sweet red wine is made from late harvested grapes handpicked at the beginning of November, just before going over the edge, fermented slowly and matured for 12 months in American and French oak barrels.

Tasting notes
It’s sweet nose and clear, rounded, chocolate aromas stand out over background hints of coffee, liquorice, wild forest fruit jam, candied tomato, black olive and a touch of floral. This is a complex wine with a smooth, harmonious, lingering aftertaste.
