Rosé

Spanish rosé wines, known in Spanish as “Rosado” or Catalan as “Rosat”, are a traditional style across the region. Some have chosen to follow the international fashion for very light colours, aping the wines of southern France. The more serious producers however continue to make darker, more fruity wines. Don’t let the colour put you off – these are serious dry wines that reflect the ripeness of the grapes and are the spirit of summer.
